Physical Therapist - PRN - Weekdays

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver optimal patient care.
• Communicate clearly and build relationships to foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain accountability for performance and seek continuous improvement in patient experience.
• Take initiative for professional growth and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Valid Texas License or Temporary License.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of licensed physical therapy experience.
