About the Role
A PRN Physical Therapist is responsible for providing professional and technical physical therapy to patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and conduct ongoing assessments and discharge planning in accordance with the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules.
This role involves effective communication, building collaborative relationships, and ensuring accountability for performance. You will also seek continuous professional growth and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and technical physical therapy to patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and discharge planning in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Valid Texas Physical Therapy License or Temporary License.
- At least 1 year of licensed physical therapy experience.
