Physical Therapist - PRN - Weekdays

About the Role

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will provide professional and technical physical therapy to patients in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Your responsibilities will include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, implementing therapy, and conducting ongoing assessments and discharge planning in accordance with the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules. You will collaborate with team members to deliver optimal patient care, improve patient experience, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions and conduct ongoing assessments.
• Plan and execute discharge processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Maintain clear communication and build relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate accountability and seek continuous professional growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or temporary license.
• At least 1 year of licensed physical therapy experience.
