Physical Therapist - PRN - Weekdays

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical physical therapy to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning.
• Communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships with team members and patients.
• Maintain accountability for performance and seek continuous improvement in patient care.
• Take initiative for professional growth and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Valid Texas License or Temporary License.
• Preferred: 1 year of licensed PT experience.
