Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and perform ongoing reassessments
- Plan and execute patient discharge
- Ensure high-quality patient care through clear communication and relationship building
- Promote collaboration and accountability within the care team
- Seek continuous improvement in patient experience, professional growth, and team engagement
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Valid Texas Physical Therapy License or Temporary License
- Preferably 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist experience
