AVIR AT GRAHAM, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy program. We are looking for a PT passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. Our diverse patient population includes individuals with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions, and we seek a clinician who enjoys creating and implementing programs to address these needs. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions.
- Create and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with a supportive nursing team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the in-house therapy program.
Requirements
- Valid Texas PT license.
