About the role

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK. We seek a Full Time Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients and residents with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address individual patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of an outpatient program.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or post-acute rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Pay

$5000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time employment.

Schedule

Full-time schedule available, with PRN schedules also available.
