About the role

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK. We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to patients and residents
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education and training to patients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Current license in the state of Texas
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation setting preferred

Pay

• $5000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time employment
