About the role
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation in Macon, GA, and surrounding areas. We offer PRN positions for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
- Create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities
- Incorporate a variety of activities to address functional goals and ignite interest
- Provide intensive, individualized services working one-on-one with patients
- Build patients' skills in their own homes and communities
- Work with patients from severe brain injury to job readiness
Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
- Experience in treating neurologically related disorders
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
