About the role
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation. We offer PRN positions in Myrtle Beach, SC, for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
- Create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities
- Incorporate a variety of activities to address functional goals and ignite interest
- Work one-on-one with patients to build their skills in their own homes and communities
- Provide intensive, individualized services for patients ranging from those with severe brain injuries to those ready for job readiness
Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
- Experience in treating neurologically related disorders
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues
