Physical Therapist-Neuro-PRN

About the role

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty, and ethics in neurological rehabilitation. We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting - a person's own home and community.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
• Communicating effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers to ensure comprehensive care
• Adapting treatment approaches to meet the unique challenges of each patient
• Assessing progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers
