About the role

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation in Charleston, GA, and surrounding areas. We offer PRN positions for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
• Create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities
• Incorporate a variety of activities to address functional goals and ignite patient interest
• Provide intensive, individualized services working one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities
• Work with patients anywhere on the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness
• Build programs tailored to each patient's specific issues

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
