About the Role

Provides advanced physical therapy services by developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on comprehensive evaluations. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, and ensures documentation compliance. Offers supervision and mentorship to students, assistants, and aides while supporting department and organizational initiatives. Focused on delivering high-quality patient care and supporting team development in a non-management role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and interpret diagnostic results.
• Establish treatment goals and design coordinated intervention plans.
• Adjust treatments as needed based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor students, assistants, and aides.
• Support department and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure safety, adhere to policies, and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to departmental efficiency and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
