Role Summary

Provides advanced physical therapy care by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations. Leads patient assessments, interprets diagnostic results, and establishes treatment goals tailored to patient age, background, and condition. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, quality care and educates patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses, progress, and long-term outcomes. Supervises and mentors Physical Therapists, Assistants, and students, ensuring adherence to policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements. Contributes to department operations, manages assignments efficiently, and supports organizational initiatives.

Requirements
