Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, including reviewing history, assessments, and developing treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Perform discharge planning, document care activities accurately, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Manage time effectively, meet productivity standards, and demonstrate professionalism with patient interactions.
• Engage in ongoing education, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor staff and students.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure in Maryland, DC, and/or Virginia as required.
• CPR certification (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Demonstrated proficiency in evaluation, treatment implementation, documentation, and patient communication.
• Strong customer service, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and mentorship capabilities.
