Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, explain findings, and develop collaborative goals with patients and families.
• Implement treatment protocols based on assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Complete timely documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Manage patient schedules efficiently, demonstrate professionalism, and ensure smooth access to care.
• Participate in program planning, protocol development, and serve as a mentor or clinical instructor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure in relevant regions
• CPR certification
• Proficiency in evaluation and treatment techniques
• Strong communication, customer service, time management, and teamwork skills
