About the role

CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a full‑time opening for a Physical Therapist (PT) at Berkeley Springs Healthcare Center, where therapists are in‑house team members. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact with residents through therapy. CommuniCare is a rapidly growing company with 140 centers across Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
• Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, Review, and Screen patient’s/resident’s medical charts, evaluations under physician order and develop a treatment plan in accordance with patient’s needs.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment, as well as education of the plan of care to all team members, including providing necessary supervision for PTAs.
• Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of rehab team, as well as conducting staff/family training and education when appropriate.

Pay

$15,000 Sign On Bonus
