Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and sports-related injuries.
- Collaboration with Surgeons: Communicate regularly with surgeons regarding patient progress, clinical findings, and protocol adjustments to ensure seamless care.
- Manual Therapy & Exercise Programs: Apply advanced manual therapy techniques combined with functional exercise programs, including blood flow restriction (BFR) and performance-based rehabilitation.
- Technology Integration: Utilize EMR systems such as WebPT and Modernizing Medicine for documentation and patient management.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on pain management strategies, alternatives to medication, and the benefits of active rehabilitation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $89,000 - $110,000+ annually, depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus and performance-based bonus potential

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong desire to work in an active, fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting.
- New grads with strong outpatient orthopaedic clinical affiliations are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy from accredited school
- Experience: 1+ years in outpatient setting and dry needling certification preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply with clinical references.
- Other Requirements: Current VA physical therapist license. Current CPR Certificate
