Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, review history, perform assessments, and communicate findings with patients and families to set goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation results, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and adapt plans as needed.
• Manage discharge planning, ensure accurate documentation, and follow-up care to support patient recovery.
• Demonstrate effective time management, professionalism, and flexibility to ensure seamless patient access.
• Assist in program planning, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor staff, students, and volunteers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure in Maryland, DC, or Virginia as required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuing education.
