Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist.
- Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy, and professional standards of care.
- Experience instructing family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,000–$125,000 for experienced professionals. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
