Meaningful focus on prevention and wellness What We’re Looking For Passion for injury prevention and educationGreat communication and collaboration skills What You’ll Do As a Premise Health Physical Therapist, you’ll go beyond traditional care to improve overall workforce health: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices aligned with APTA standardsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, and wellness coachesPromote direct access physical therapy and treat patients at the highest level of your expertisePartner with workplace stakeholders (safety, HR, ergonomics) to improve employee health and safetyEducate employees in real time on body mechanics and injury preventionParticipate in ongoing professional development, peer review, and knowledge sharing What You’ll Bring All state licenses/certifications to practice Current board certificate (if applicable) Degree from accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer -the copy must include the front and back of card as applicable) Certification must include “hands on" evaluation of skills by the trainer/instructor. Total on-line courses will not be accepted.
