About the role

Gifford Medical Center is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join their inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work with acute and transitional care patients to facilitate successful discharges.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to inpatient departments under the guidance of experienced team members
• Treat a wide spectrum of patient diagnoses using evaluation and treatment skills
• Communicate clearly and confidently with rehabilitation members, medical providers, case managers, and patient's families
• Build strong patient rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Work primarily on weekends, holidays, and vacations

Qualifications

Requirements include:

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of [State]
