Compensation

• $90,000–$110,000 annually — full salary paid even before your clinic opens
• Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once your clinic launches

Qualifications

• License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
• Experience in clinic leadership and management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain a positive clinic culture
• Proven track record of successful clinic openings
