This is an opportunity for entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. As a Clinic Director & Equity Partner, you’ll shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and other operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a startup outpatient clinic in Ocean County/Bayville (location flexible based on partner preference).
• Oversee clinic operations, financial management, and team development.
• Engage in community outreach and referral growth to build patient volume.
• Recruit, interview, and retain a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive clinic culture and ensure exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (required).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and clinic growth.
• Willingness to participate in pre-launch training in leadership, operations, and financial management.

Training & Development

Before launch, you’ll receive comprehensive training in:

• Leadership and team development.
• Recruiting and interviewing best practices.
• Clinic operations and financial management.
• Community outreach and referral growth strategies.
• Building and retaining a strong clinic culture.

You’ll work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics to ensure confidence and support before your clinic opens.

Pay

$105,000–$125,000 annually — full salary paid even before your clinic opens. Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once your clinic launches. True equity ownership opportunity in your clinic, directly benefiting from the success you help build.
