This is an opportunity for entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. As a Clinic Director & Equity Partner, you’ll shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and other operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a startup outpatient clinic as Clinic Director and Equity Partner
• Participate in leadership and team development, including recruiting and interviewing
• Oversee clinic operations and financial management
• Drive community outreach and referral growth
• Build and maintain clinic culture and teammate retention

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership experience
• Willingness to participate in pre-launch training in leadership, operations, and clinic development

Training & Development

Before launch, you’ll receive training in:

• Leadership and team development
• Recruiting and interviewing
• Clinic operations and financial management
• Community outreach and referral growth
• Building culture and retaining teammates

You’ll work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics to ensure confidence and support before opening your doors.

Pay

• $105,000–$125,000 annually (full salary paid even before clinic opens)
• Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan after clinic launch
