FOX Rehabilitation’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is designed for newly graduated Physical Therapists seeking mentorship and independence to launch their careers. You’ll join a team revolutionizing care for older adults while receiving the support needed to become a confident, successful, and well-rounded professional.

Who we’re looking for
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA.
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
- Desire to develop professionally and passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
Pay
In New York, the standard base pay range for a full-time role is $75,000–$115,000 annually, with opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) roles are pro-rated.
