Travel Physical Therapist jobs in a home health setting let you deliver one-on-one rehabilitation care to patients in their own homes. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2 years of Physical Therapist, Home Health experience
- Active PT license (Compact accepted)
- BLS-AHA certification
- Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage
- Recent home health experience
- OASIS & EPIC experience
- Active New Jersey PT license
- Coverage territory: North Princeton, NJ
