Travel Physical Therapist job delivering inpatient rehabilitation services to adult and pediatric patients in home-health settings. You will evaluate movement dysfunction, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function and prevent disability.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate movement dysfunction in home-health patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function and prevent disability
Requirements
- 1 year of Physical Therapist, Home Health experience
- Active MA Physical Therapy license (PT-MA)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (BLS-AHA)
- Occasional holidays and 2 weekends (or 4 weekend days) within each 13-week contract
- One professional reference covering entire work history
- Home Health experience
