Physical Therapist - Home Health Care – Northern Oakland County - Pay Per Visit

About the role

As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health Care Division, you will conduct therapy in our patients' homes. Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, you will implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs (e.g., heat, water, exercise, etc.) directed toward relieving pain and/or restoring physical functions to rehabilitative clients.

Requirements

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan
• Ability to lift and position clients and perform treatment modalities
• High level of interpersonal skill to effectively interface with clients and physicians
• Current State of Michigan driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
• Reliable transportation and a telephone

Schedule

Day shift, contingent (pay per visit).
