Physical Therapist - Home Health Care – Northern Oakland County - 40 Hours/Week

About the role

As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health Care Division, you will conduct therapy in patients' homes. Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, you will implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs (e.g., heat, water, exercise) to relieve pain and/or restore physical functions for rehabilitative clients.

Requirements

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan
• Ability to lift and position clients and perform treatment modalities
• High level of interpersonal skill to effectively interface with clients and physicians
• Current State of Michigan driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
• Reliable transportation and a telephone
