Physical Therapist - Home Health Care – Northern Oakland County - 20 Hours/Week

About the role

As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health Care Division, you will be required to conduct therapy in our patients' homes. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, implements medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, (e.g., heat, water, exercise, etc.) directed towards relieving pain and/or restoring physical functions to rehabilitative clients.

Requirements

• Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan
• Ability to lift and position clients and perform treatment modalities
• High level of interpersonal skill to effectively interface with clients and physicians
• Current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
• Reliable transportation and a telephone
