About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations

- Deliver therapeutic interventions such as strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall prevention
- Manage a caseload with flexible scheduling
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain efficient documentation using an integrated EMR system
Requirements
- Valid California PT license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Driver’s license
- TB test
- Liability insurance
- Professional license if applicable
