Physical Therapist - In Home Services This role involves providing in-home physical therapy to patients with neuro and/or musculoskeletal conditions under a physician's guidance. Responsibilities & Qualifications Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a current state license and CPR certification.Possess strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.Demonstrate good physical health, ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and handle emergencies independently.Manage patient scheduling efficiently, work independently, and adapt to change.Maintain regular contact with healthcare staff, handle confidential information, and participate in weekend and on-call rotations.Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or home care.
