About the Role

Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking passionate and licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and flexible per-diem shifts with up to 40 hours per week across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across various settings
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

Requirements

• Active or obtainable Physical Therapist license in the state of California

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $53.00 to $63.00.
