Physical Therapist - Full Time
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Treat adult patient population in outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention settings.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 12–14 patients per day; clinic will add support staff (tech) when volumes reach 14–16 patients.
- Work with occupational medicine and workplace injury cases.
- Use EMR systems (familiarity with Prognosis is a plus).
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or interest in treating adult patient population in outpatient settings.
- Experience or willingness to work with occupational medicine and workplace injury cases.
- Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Schedule
- Full-time, days: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Schedule flexibility available: options include 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.
- No weekends.

Facility type: Outpatient clinic serving adult population in Redding, CA. Other hiring locations include Soledad, Sacramento, and Salinas.
Typical caseload: 12–14 patients per day. On-site chiropractor and plan to add a tech when volumes increase.
