Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the Role

Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient care at a small-town critical access hospital and care facility. The role involves helping patients improve movement, alleviate pain, and maintain activity, whether recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care with approximately 6-9 patients daily
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in achieving functional mobility and overall well-being

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active State License required
• BLS certification may be necessary

Schedule

Work Monday through Friday, daytime hours
