Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage long-term conditions.
• Treat patients in outpatient orthopedics, including pre- and post-surgical care and vestibular/vertigo cases.
• Perform dry needling as needed, with certification preferred.
• Work in a small, growing, PT-owned outpatient clinic team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina PT license required to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• New graduates will be considered with participation in the mentoring program.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics and treating high-functioning, high-level patients.
• Comfort working in a small, growing, PT-owned outpatient clinic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics and treating high-functioning, high-level patients.
• Experience with or willingness to perform dry needling.

Schedule

Typical caseload: 1-hour initial evaluations; follow-up visits typically scheduled at two patients per hour. A tech assists with patient care to support clinicians.

• Current team: 2 full-time PTs and 3 part-time PTAs.
• Open to hiring one PT and either a PTA or PT.

• Vestibular/vertigo patients.
• Pre- and post-surgical orthopedic patients.
• High-level and high-functioning patients, including active military and dependents from nearby Fort Bragg.
