Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient care in an outpatient setting, helping individuals improve mobility, manage conditions, and maintain activity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 18–20 patients daily, ensuring quality care in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture.
• Support clinic growth and patient recovery goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy, maintaining productivity of 1.8–2.2 patients/hour.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license and BLS certification.
• Experience or comfort working in outpatient clinics; new graduates encouraged to apply with mentorship opportunities.
• Strong communication and solutions-oriented attitude.
