Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the Role

The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, social, and mental functions
• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques and tools
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation
• Supervise assigned physical therapy assistants
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent (required if obtained after January 2016)
• State licensure in Physical Therapy (required)
• Current CPR or BLS certification (required)
• Commitment to safety and wellbeing, including required vaccinations
• Compliance with organizational policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred: Two years of Physical Therapy experience
