• About the role: We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist & Clinic Director to lead our clinic in Clark, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and clinic management.
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic including scheduling, patient intake, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Train and mentor physical therapists and assistants.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
  • Experience in clinic management and leadership.
• Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records systems.
  • Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
