Physical Therapist/Clinic Director

About the role

SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Staff Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors across Connecticut as part of our continued expansion. Whether you're a new graduate Physical Therapist looking for strong mentorship and support, or an experienced clinician ready to step into leadership, we provide a clear path forward.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.

Requirements

• Connecticut Physical Therapist License Required
• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome!
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)
