About the role

Join our dynamic team at Belleville Physical Therapy Center as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced clinician to lead our clinic and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic including scheduling, billing, and staff management.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Physical Therapists and Assistants.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance billing and coding practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
