About the role

Our clinic is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team as a Clinic Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic including scheduling, staff management, and clinical supervision.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Continuously improve clinic processes and services through feedback and evaluation.
• Provide mentorship and training to physical therapy assistants and other staff members.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$85,000 - $95,000 annually

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
