About the role
Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Hackensack, NJ. We are seeking a Physical Therapist & Clinic Director to lead our clinic and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and budget management
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Train and mentor physical therapy assistants and aides
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in clinic management
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually
