Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats, and educates patients to prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, body and movement dysfunction and pain from an injury, disease, and any other bodily and mental conditions.
• Communicates effectively with patients and medical providers in a professional manner and provides positive interaction with patients and clinicians.
• Directly or Indirectly supervises PTAs, students, volunteers, and aides as needed.
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Clinical Oversight: Maintain high standards of patient care and treatment protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with PA License.
• Any education level so long as you are Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in therapy settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual is preferred.

$80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
