Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient‑centered care in a facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
- Collaborate with team members and make referrals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility in applicable states.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
