About the role
BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled and non-skilled home health services. Help clients restore strength, independence, and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
- Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
- Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
Requirements
- Active MA Physical Therapist license
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- CPR certified
- 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
