Physical Therapist

BrightStar Care is a trusted provider of skilled and non-skilled home health services. We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who truly cares about making a difference. As a PT on our team, you’ll help clients restore strength, independence, and dignity—all from the home environments they cherish.

About the role

Local visits in your preferred area, with flexible scheduling to set your availability whether part-time or per diem. Mobile EMR for easy documentation, and a supportive office staff and clinical leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR

Requirements

• Active MA PT license
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• CPR certified
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license

Pay

$90 to $100 per visit + mileage reimbursement
