About the Role
You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will support treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. You will also document care accurately in Raintree EMR and maintain an efficient schedule with the support of AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Support treatment plans for patients with various conditions
- Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
- Maintain an efficient schedule using AI-driven tools
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
