About the Role

As a PTA, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will support treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. You will also document care accurately in Raintree EMR and maintain an efficient schedule using AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
  • Support treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
  • Maintain an efficient schedule using AI-driven tools to streamline documentation
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
